ART AT SUN LAKES 2026 The 17th Annual Art Show and Sale Application Information Eligibility: Art at Sun Lakes is open to all artists. Where: The Cottonwood Lake in Sun Lakes across from the Cottonwood Tennis Courts Address: 256360 S. Brentwood Drive, Sun Lakes AZ 85248 When: Saturday, March 7, 2026, 9AM – 2PM           (Rain Date: March 14, 2026) Purpose: This event is a benefit for the Arizona Fire and Medical Authority Firefighters Charities   CATEGORIES: Paintings (all mediums), Gourds, Glass, Photography, Sculpture, Fabric Art, Pottery, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Wood, Metal Work   SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Each new applicant MUST provide three (3) name-labeled photographs of your artwork which will not be returned.
  • This is a juried show limited to 115 artists.
  • If you are NOT juried into the show, you will be notified within two weeks of your application being received.
  • All work must be marked with a price and be designed and developed by the artist.
  • Please, no “MARK DOWN,” “REDUCED” or “SALE” signs. “NFS” or “Not For Sale” is permitted.
  • You MUST include an email address on your application to receive further show information.
  • Your Show Packet Information will be emailed to you by February 15, 2026. The Show Packet Information includes a list of artists indicating table numbers, a map showing designated entry points depending on your table number, and reminders for artists about the show.
  • Artwork should be professionally displayed, i.e., framed, painted edges on a wrapped canvas (no visible staples), or for unframed watercolors or acrylics on paper, matted and in an acetate envelope.
  ENTRY APPLICATION AND FEES:
  • The $70 per artist fee will be returned if you are not juried into the show.
  • If artists share a table, each is responsible for filing an application and paying the $70 entry fee.
  • You will be provided with one (1) eight-foot rectangular table and two (2) chairs. However, for a fee of $20 you may request a second table. You may bring your own additional tables if needed. Extra chairs cost $5/chair.
  • Tables must be covered. You are responsible for bringing your own table coverings.
  • There is little or no shade during the show. If you want shade, please bring your own shade device.
ART DISPLAYS:
  • Setup will begin at 7:00 AM. Take-down will begin after 2:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Be sure to use the designated entry point to access your table. (See the map in your Show Information Packet emailed to you by February 15, 2026).
  • Have friends or family assist you in transporting your art to and from your table, and be available to relieve you if you need a break. Due to liability issues, volunteers and Sun Lakes Fire personnel (who are part of the Arizona Fire and Medical Authority) will not be able to assist you.
  • GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED FOR TRANSPORTING ART BEFORE AND AFTER THE SHOW, ONLY, NOT DURING IT!

By registering for Art at Sun Lakes, you agree to the following:

I have read and agree to abide by all show rules and regulations. I certify that the works represented in this show are my original designs. I agree to hold harmless Art at Sun Lakes, SLHOA #2, and the Sun Lakes Fire District personnel (who are a part of the Arizona Fire and Medical Authority) from any and all liabilities, including, but not limited to theft, damage to artwork, or personal injury resulting from participation in this show.
